Returns & Refunds can be Obtained for unused and unopened merchandise in its original purchase condition and packaging within 48 hours of purchase or delivery. For Hygiene purposes, we do not offer returns or refunds for used or opened products. We ensure our items are dispatched in Tamper and damage-proof packaging, however, if items get damaged in transit, we will work with you to resolve and/or replace with product/s.

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24hours and we will ensure you are sent the right item/s.

Processing Time

Orders placed and paid for before 12:00noon dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be dispatched the next business day. However, we process a tremendous number of orders. While we do our best.

Outside Abuja City: Gwarimpa,(500)

Outskirts of Abuja: Mararaba, Kubwa, Lugbe etc; N1,300
